Victoria Kenyon Turley is currently the Executive Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Information Technology Center which provides private, cloud services to the Federal agencies. She is responsible for two enterprise data centers located in Kansas City, MO and Saint Louis, MO. As of January 2018, Mrs. Turley has been partnering with the White House’s Office of American Innovation to modernize and optimize the USDA’s IT infrastructure.


Prior to arriving at USDA, Mrs. Turley served in various IT executive positions in the private sector at CenturyLink, US Central Federal Credit Union, Sprint Wireless, OnThe.Net, and the Oak Ridge National Lab. Mrs. Turley, a native of Miramar, Florida, was commissioned as an Ensign through the Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1983 at Auburn University. Before entering the private sector in 1989, she served on active duty in the United States Navy as an Intelligence Systems Engineer, supporting the Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Defense Intelligence Agency.


Mrs. Turley is married to her college sweetheart, Robert, and has one son, Robert III (Trey).
